What’s buzzing at Propolis?

This summer, Propolis is purchasing land on which to construct its first building! Construction is slated to start the summer of 2024. 

Located in the heart of the North Shore at the corner of Aspen St. and Tranquille Rd., the site, when completed, will be a 6-storey mixed-use building comprising 50 affordable green homes plus commercial space.

In June, we are launching a Community Bond campaign to raise $1.1 million to purchase the building.
